Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in our company, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding the companys clientel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Research and identify potential clients in need of security services.
Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Understand client security needs and present appropriate solutions.
Educate potential clients on the company security services.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Sales & Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Assist in developing business strategies to improve market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
Reporting & Follow-Ups:
Provide weekly reports on lead generation and progress.
Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the security industry (physical or cybersecurity) is a plus.
