**Sales Manager: Imagine Product & Bone Densitometry**

**Purpose**
This role is responsible for managing a sales team to promote and sell products in order to achieve sales and marketing objectives and growth in line with the company vision and values.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and lead sales team to implement sales strategies & tactics of assigned products; manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.
- Proactively and consistently identify new market opportunities to grow business including through partnerships, acquisitions and new markets.
- Achieve Sales targets and comply with budget requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
- Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
- Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
- Effectively manage sales team to comply with company’s policy & direction
- Submit accurate sales forecast to executive management
- Develop relationship with identified key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement marketing plan
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in Medical Imaging System or Bone Densitometry.
- Result-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in team management, distributor management.
