**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation of software licenses for all our product lines
- Processing of software orders in partnership with commercial organization
- Monitoring of existing licenses ensuring 24/7 coverage
- Assisting customers in administrative licensing matters & achieve customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers in technical licensing matters & achieve customer satisfaction
- Assisting internal stakeholders with licensing matters
- Training & mentoring customers & internal stakeholders to utilize licensing portal effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Structured and precise work style combined with excellent time management
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a proactive work approach
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Very good English language skills (oral + written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative position for an international company desirable
- Communications, engineering, marketing degree or similar.
- Basic knowledge of tools and software for video/TV production
