**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the project team, joint venture companies, and the client as a part of the task force.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure efficient refinery start-up preparation, start-up, and operation activities.
- Oversee commissioning, start-up, and operation of various units including RHCU/HCU Units (licensed by Chevron Lummus Global), SDA Unit (licensed by Amec Foster Wheeler), ERU/SNOx Units (licensed by Haldor Topsoe), and Refinery's Auxiliary Systems.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of sequences and activities related to preparation for commissioning, start-up, and operation.

**Qualifications**:
**As a Commissioning Manager **you will be encouraged to take ownership/be responsible for the below but not limited to**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager, with at least 5 project experiences.
- Extensive technical knowledge of refinery technologies, processes, and systems.
- Proven track record in successfully managing commissioning, start-up, and operation of refinery units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an advanced level of English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure.
