**Position purpose**:
Reporting to Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining warehouse activities in the plant, including inbound, outbound, and internal flows to ensure accuracy, and timely service to both internal and external customers

**Key responsibilities**:
**Managing the administration operations**:

- Ensure execution of Daily Operations
- Enforce the use of SAP in accordance to HQ guidelines

**Drive improvement in logistics operation / transportation**:

- Analyzer data and Works with Warehouse manager for day-to-day opérations planning.
- Plan for effective utilization of resources/Warehouse space
- Manage/ control/ Mesure productivity
- Continuous improvement of operational efficiency and quality through reinvention of work process.

**Labeling/value-added service management**:

- To manage the execution of labeling activities at repacking center
- Monitoring/ manage TH labeling stock
- Label replenishment
- Prioritize repacking SKU as per stock level/ forecasting
- Create/ control the labeling process
- Compliance of the execution with company standards
- Monthly contractor KPI review and manage execution

**Dispatch Planning**:

- To assist the Project Manager to prepare dispatch planning, Schedule, and cost control
- Monitor transportation process / 3rd party service performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in any fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in planning, operation, warehousing
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional operation
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with a tight deadline and high pressure
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS, SAP
