**In this position you will....
Responsible to operate administration of all insurance products, online transactions, Offline transactions to achieve the company service commitment. The staff has to operate policy accounts including new business, Renewal and to monitor and facilitate all customers transactions and co-ordinate with insurers to ensure customers get covered within given timeline per customers’ requests.

**You will be responsible for **
- Monitoring online, offline transactions in all insurance products, new business, and renewal
- Deliver policy to clients / partner in order to ensure accuracy and on time delivery.
- Draw up a quotes for competitive insurance premiums
- Work with sales staff to identify and produce new products and renewal.
- Entry customers data into both our company and carriers’ system.
- Liaise between carriers and customers to facilitate car inspection process.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of new and existing products.
- Coordinate with internal and external person in motor insurance and non-motor insurance.
- Advise, assist, provide insurance information to customers to facilitate service.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- No educational qualification limitation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in broker insurance or insurance business
- Good computer in MS office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment and multi-task.
- Good knowledge of underwriting
- New graduates are welcome.
