**Job Description**:

- Familiar with import regulations
- Will be in contact with freight forwarders and customs clearance agencies.
- Coordinate sales team, filling important documents and communicating relevant information

(Sales Order, Backlog, Net Sales, Stock, Shipment)
- Handle the processing of all orders (issue PO, update TP Price, update shipment schedule)
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customers’ requirements
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure handle efficiently and meet the deadline
- Developing and maintaining filling system for sales records and prepare report submission to other cross function.
- Provide all necessary document in order to request credit limit for customers.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and policies
- General office management such as ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Arranging appointments, booking hotel, air ticket and conference facilities.
- IT coordinator.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 2 or more years’ experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative position may be advantageous
- Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
