**We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all aspects of our business.**

**1. Study and learn about the systems and processes related to the company's entire business.**
**2. Rotate training in various departments of the company for a specified period of time. To understand the context and work processes of each party. as well as for information in considering the appropriate management positions in the future.**
**3. Collaborate in strategic planning with the management team and take part in managing the operations of each department to be in accordance with the plan.**
**4. Follow up as well as propose development and improvement and provide plans to the management team.**
**5. Discuss, communicate and create a good understanding between the management team, supervisors and employees in the company.**
**6. Generate reports of all the information in the form of easy-to-understand on daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis to present executives and relevant person.**
