Project Trainee

For over 30 years, APRIL International Care has been specialising in international health insurance solutions. We design, distribute, and manage insurance plans and assistance services for individuals and businesses. With teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, we look after our members to ensure they have access to the best care.

We are part of the APRIL Group, a global insurance specialist with 2,300 staff in 16 countries.

APRIL Asia is in the midst of a transformation: we are migrating to a brand-new back-end system. In this context, we are looking for a full-time Trainee to support our Product Department.

Key responsibilities:

- Extract documents and transform them into readable materials to integrate them into our new system
- Review those documents and make sure that there are no typos, mistakes remaining or formatting issues
- Share questions or potential issues linked to those uploads
- Handle ad hoc projects such as editing templates
- Organise the workload to work with various departments and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

- Fluency in English
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate; no work experience is required
- Your thoroughness and attention to detail will be key
- Strong IT skills
- Eager to learn, autonomous and self-disciplined

What we offer you:

- You would be trained during your first weeks and will work closely with our Product team throughout the duration of the project.
- You will be working regionally for 7 countries in APAC and the Middle East
- You will be joining a young and diverse team of professionals
- You will increase your knowledge of key topics, such as system migration, project management, insurance product design

The position is available immediately and for at least 6 months.
