โครงการ Management Trainee หรือมีอีกชื่อว่าโครงการเถ้าแก่ เป็นโครงการพัฒนาผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ นั้น ไม่ใช่ การฝึกงานหรือการฝึกอบรม แต่เป็นโครงการที่รับผู้สมัครเข้ามาปฏิบัติงานและเป็นพนักงานของทางบริษัท
รูปแบบและวิธีการทำงานของเถ้าแก่.
ทำงานเป็นทีม ในรูปแบบของการบริหารโครงการ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
ไม่ใช่การทำงานแบบเวียนตามหน่วยงานต่างๆ.
สัญญาจ้าง 6 เดือน (หลังจากนั้นพิจารณาปรับเป็นพนักงานประจำตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน).
ทำงาน 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ (ไม่กำหนดเวลาในการทำงาน สามารถวางแผนได้เอง).
เป็นการเรียนรู้ผ่านการปฏิบัติจริง ในพื้นที่จริง (ไม่มีสำนักงาน หรือ โต๊ะทำงานประจำ).
สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เช่น 1 - 6 เดือน เป็นต้น.
ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานตั้งแต่ ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ แบบครบวงจร.
ไม่มีลักษณะงานที่แน่นอน ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดของโครงการ.
มีอิสระในการวางแผนและตัดสินใจต่างๆ ได้เอง 100%.
มีที่ปรึกษา (Sponsor) ประจำโครงการคอยให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำทุกโครงการ.
ปริญญาตรีในสาขาบริหาร การเงิน วิศวกร เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การจัดการการดำเนินงาน การตลาด ธุรกิจค้าปลีก ค้าส่ง และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนอกเวลาเรียน.
ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี หรือประสบการณ์การจัดการหลายหน่วยที่ประสบความสำเร็จในสภาพแวดล้อมการค้าปลีกและ/หรือ QSR สองปีขึ้นไป.
ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและทักษะในการโน้มน้าว การเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี.
ทักษะการวางแผน มุมมองที่สำคัญและการสังเกตการจัดวางร้านค้าและสินค้า ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด กำหนดเวลา และการรายงานอย่างเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office Suite, Outlook.
มีทักษะในการสื่อสารดี.
ทำงาน 6 วันและสามารถเดินทางได้ทั่วประเทศ.
สามารถขับรถได้และมีใบขับขี่.
