Key Responsibility
1.Technical Program Manager - Server
To be accountable designing, implementation, patching and administration architecture for environments and infrastructure server.
Analyze business requirement to develop technical server solutions and their framework.
Perform server modeling, design, analysis, and planning.
Perform server troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common server problems.
Collaborate with internal and external teams in troubleshooting, resolving and communicating server issues and outages.
Be able to lead, direct and manage the workload for a small team by distributing work and delegation of tasks as per priority.
Hardware and software troubleshooting prowess. Ability to critically analyze a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including server, storge, SAN equipment and networking etc..
Ability to seek solutions to problems using ones own resources.
Expertise in networking and system administration, security, LAN, MAN, WAN engineering. Have experience in optical networks, Content Management and wave dense multiplexing..
Perform in Cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, virtualize, backup, storage, disaster recovery, Linux OS, Windows OS and Kubernetes, Terraform Or Ansible skill.
Perform in networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP.
2.Technical Program Manager - Network.
To be accountable designing computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area network (WANs), the internet, intranets, and other data communications system. Creates, tests, and evaluations networks.
Analyze business requirement to develop technical network solutions and their framework.
Design, test and inspect data communications systems.
Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning.
Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.
Collaborate with internal and external teams in troubleshooting, resolving and communicating network issues and outages.
Be able to lead, direct and manage the workload for a small team by distributing work and delegation of tasks as per priority.

**Qualifications**:
1.Technical Program Manager - Server
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, or other related fields.
Knowledge of hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures.
Ability to present insights in a clear, simple, and actionable manners..
Results-driven with ability to take initiatives and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing and growing environment..
Possess teamwork and can-do attitude.
Good command of English.
Strong critical-thinking and analytical mind.
Effective scheduling and budget management.
2.Technical Program Manager - Network
Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
Ability to present insights in a clear, simple, and actionable manners..
