- Deliver high standards of customer service.
- Advise students on the best course that meets their needs and wants.
- Help our students manage their learning schedules.
- Communicate with students in person, on the phone and through digital channels.
- Create and update the necessary admin files for internal and external use.
- Collect satisfaction surveys from our students.
- Help with day to day operation of the schools.

- Starting salary (Language Advisor): 22k + 4 to 8k commissions

- 5-day work week, 35-hour work week (7 hours + 1 hour lunch)
