- Has passion and experience in Pet business would be an advantage
- Can drive and developing new overseas markets and building up a brand from scratch will be a plus.

- Mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Responsibilities:Be the pioneer of New Business Unit to develop and growing business which you can give any ideas to develop any kind of Pet products or Pet Services.
- Look for opportunities with market potential to expand of the business into the services spectrum.
- Oversee all aspects of the product development/ new business development.
- Plan, create and develop business strategy with clear action plan to achieve daily / monthly / yearly goals.
- Work with HR team to recruit and conduct team implementation for growth and expansion.
- Manage and Implement sales and marketing strategy to successfully launch products, sustain and create new markets both domestically and internationally (next chapters).
- Be the project leader for product development and ensure that the products reach outstanding efficacy/satisfaction and can be launched as scheduled.
- Do market research/ benchmark with competitors to adjust business strategy and P&L effectiveness.
- Understand market trends and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, and lower operating costs while maintaining quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
- Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results - both top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) lines
- Maintain the quality of products, services, customer support, and level of service in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies
- Connect networks and partnerships (i.e. suppliers, researchers, universities, and public health organizations) that support business day-to-day operation and development.
- Finding new channels to sell a product in, to increase profits. This could mean international sourcing buyers abroad or getting the brand stocked by a supermarket chain.
- Good understanding of regulations and industry practice in terms of product certifications, imports and exports, tariffs and taxes
- Represent corporate / product brands and build relationships with stakeholders including the CEO and Deputy CEO, staff, clients, key decision-makers, and external service suppliers
- Engage with management team and give strategic advice and report results and findings to CEO and Deputy CEO.
- Motivate and provide leadership to build teams, and empower employees to achieve business objectives (included of manager, supervisor, etc.)
- Be the company's representative to join PR event / the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.
