- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: ThailandMaintain compliance, accuracy, execution, and security of inventory
- Audit daily cycle counts and inbound stuffs from receiving to stockroom locations
- Investigate causes of inventory variances and monitor end-to-end inventory for continuous improvement
- Improve data integrity results and maintain stockroom organization
- Perform detailed receiving and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies/issues with inventory manager
- Account for inventory surplus, product returns, and damages
- Maintain records of all products/merchandise and communicate updates/reports to management
- Monitor and assist daily inventory storage & control activities (reconciliation, inbound put-away, cycle count, compression, auditing, and reporting)
- Track and report in-stock status for core items, shops, guidelines, promotions, etc.
- Accurately ship/transfer merchandise to other locations
- Oversee the flow of inventory in and out and plan inventory control activities in the warehouse
- Monitor shelf-life storage, aging stock, and maintain proper stock rotation
- Support regional enhancement for continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and drive improvements on inventory performance metrics.
**Job Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse inventory management
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, willingness to learn new database management software
- Must have technical skills in SQL and VBA
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work at Lazada Warehouse in Bangna KM 39
