**Assessment Officer**:
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. We are looking for people to join our team. The Assessment Officer collaborates with the Academic Manager to oversee assessment procedures, including course design, short course coordination, examination committee support, grading, and scoring criteria implementation. This position manages the entire examination process from entry submission to result communication, ensuring effective assessment management and promoting academic integrity.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Manage examination process, assessment procedures and scoring criteria, ensuring they are efficient, fair, and aligned with educational standards.
- Collaborate with academic team to develop course structures, assessment methods, and learning outcomes.
- Assist in coordinating and administering examinations, short courses and workshops’ registrations and assessments, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.
- Analyze student performance and provide preliminary students’ performance improvement plan.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in higher education, academic advising or student services
- Strong knowledge and understanding of assessment procedures, educational standards, and regulations.
- Experience in course design and curriculum development
- Familiar with assessment tools and online assessment platforms
