- At least 1 year experience in FMCG brand, Food Products and Brand management.
- Experience in Food products will be advantaged
- Strong management skill in problem-solving & decision making, initiative, analytical & proactive thinking
- Creative with positive attitude, result-orientation and good interpersonal skill
- Good command of English and computer literate.
- Responsibilities:Work closely with Product Manager to handle for assigned product to management and branding for FMCG - food products.
- Ensure sales and _A&P _costs _budget _(Advertising and Promotion Expenses) spending as target.
- Increase sales and brand/product awareness by planing, developing and execution all marketing communications and marketing activations (ATL & BTL).
- Find opportunities and improve sales performance by analyze sales and market data with good understand consumer behavior and market trend.
- Plan and conduct market research to study consumer’s insight.
- Liaise with other departments (i.e. Sales, Promotion, R&D, IT, Logistic, Finance and Accounting) to ensure effectiveness of marketing activities execution.
- Visit market occasionally both Bangkok and countryside.
