Requirements:Bachelor or Higher in an engineering discipline Mechanical/Electrical
- At least 7-10 years relevant experience
- Communicate to all levels
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Self starter and Hard Working
- Strong communication skills (internally and externally)
- Computer literate (MS-Office tools)
- CRM, SAP, Sales force are advantage
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Responsibilities:Setting, Monitoring and achieving budgets as per company planning
- Technical support of all Linde products & services to Linde service team in Linde Thailand.
- Planning & co-ordinate of annual training program for Linde Thailand with Regional Service Manager, Asia Pacific.
- Co-operate with sales & co-ordinate pre-delivery inspections & special instructions for new equipment preparation
- Monitor day to day planning & scheduling of Service Technicians work both in the field or workshop.
- Procedure in co-ordination with the Sales Manager Thailand
- The monitoring of requisition orders to spare parts & materials to complete service calls or service contracts as requested by Service technicians.
- Promoting Service Division to all LINDE customers in Thailand, through regular contact of existing customers & potential customers
- Calculation, preparation & presentation of service contracts (Preventive Maintenance & Full Service) to LINDE customers. To increase & maintain existing service contracts to end-users
- Calculation of quotations for repair work.
- To ensure that the Service organization maintains set standards & efficiency
- Assessing service staff requirements & staff utilization for present & future requirements.
- To act, resolve & record any customer complaints regarding our level of service support & commitment
- Controlling service rates for rental trucks and adjust when necessary,
- Monitor and maintain rental fleet from service point of view, keep stocks of used parts and components to assure cost efficient repairs of rental units
- Safety, Security and Tidiness of Buildings and Sites including small repairs/ maintenance, contracting
- Decisions on warranty claims for the warranty and to proceed with claims
