**About the role**:
We are seeking a results-driven Product/ Project Manager with specialized experience in managing and scaling strategic projects such as MasterCard, GAC (Global Affiliate Campaigns), 12k New Partner Onboarding, and Bright Quote initiatives. The Product/Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and tracking of specific short-term projects. They will also be responsible for assisting in the management of project scope, timelines, and resources, and for providing status reports and analysis to stakeholders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the development of comprehensive build vs. buy matrixes, request for information RFIs, product specifications, project plans, timelines, and milestones for new products & product enhancements of Medical & Dental Departures Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and risks to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams (technical, sales, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders for flawless execution of all project initiatives.
- Oversee product-related integrations, ensuring global compliance, optimized system processes, and aligned reporting metrics. Act as the primary liaison with product stakeholders for updates and resolutions.
- Lead and streamline projects by optimizing partner performance, tracking KPIs, generating ROI reports, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive the product enhancement process by overseeing integrations, developing training documentation, and monitoring engagement to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate the successful rollout, adoption, and optimization of new products across teams and partners, tracking usage metrics and ensuring alignment with revenue growth goals.
- Track and report project deliverables, performance, and milestones using appropriate project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project).
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines while providing detailed status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Continuously evaluate progress and report on project performance, identifying risks, issues, and actionable solutions for mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects align with organizational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and manage clear communication plans to keep internal and external stakeholders informed on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Facilitate the definition of project success criteria, ensuring consistent documentation, updates, and storage of all relevant project records.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to project team members to drive performance and project success.
- Create detailed performance reports, offering insights into budget utilization, milestones, ROI, and process optimization for all projects.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement across new and existing products by, providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project/program/product management with a focus on strategic partner projects or product rollouts (need to have)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). (nice to have)
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent).
