**Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement**: Present ideas confidently to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
**Mentorship & Leadership**: Lead, inspire, and mentor junior creatives and freelancers, fostering a culture of fun, collaboration, and growth..
5+ years of experience in creative roles, with a background in Advertising Agencies or Creative In-house. Experience in a leadership role is plus.
Proven ability as a strong conceptual thinker, with experience executing disruptive campaigns from start to finish. Experience in viral activations is an advantage.
A strong portfolio showcasing craftsmanship, bold art direction and hand on execution, demonstrating innovative storytelling across platforms. Including TVC, Online video, Key Visuals, Outdoor Activation, Campaign Graphic Assets.
Fluent in English, with good presentation skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams. Comfortable working with regional teams through video calls.
Experience in leading a team or key account is a plus.
Proficiency in art direction, craft, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards across deliverables.
Experience collaborating with film, animation, and music production partners.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video and animation tools.
A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and think creatively.
A passionate, collaborative personality who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong multi-tasking abilities, able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
