As the Senior Associate, Customer Marketing, you are responsible for the execution for all Customer Marketing activities which include developing and ensuring strong picture of success for in-store execution across route to market, for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and E-commerce channels.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross-functional team including Marketing and Sales towards strong and right in-store communication and execution
- Liaise with agency on the Point of Sales Materials (POSM) development and ensure on the delivery to the store at promised timeline
- Develop, monitor, and track POSM utilization
- Assist team to control POSM spending as well as seek for opportunity to create stronger in-store plan with cost efficiency
- Assist team on day-to-day task related to assigned brand such as monitoring product description change, monitoring utilization of promotional pack, synopsis preparation, Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order (PR/PO), Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget tracking, and others

**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, in trade marketing, shopper marketing, channel development, category management
- Exposure in commercial experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage

**Job Requirements**:
