- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end development and production of impactful online courses for SkillLane.
- Supervise and review content and presentation design to ensure alignment with educational goals and national learning standards.
- Design course structure and write detailed content in alignment with defined learning outcomes and educational frameworks.
- Manage production teams, including video editors, graphic designers, and art directors—to ensure content is produced to a high standard, on schedule, and within scope.
- Provide creative and technical direction for graphics, animation and other visual components.
- Coordinate production timelines, track project progress, and resolve issues to maintain smooth workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Product Owner, Business Analyst to help develop digital solutions that improve educational experience.
- Identify and develop partnerships that enhance content quality and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong professional background in the education sector, with a clear understanding of what constitutes high-quality educational deliverables in both content and presentation.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, with extensive experience collaborating with government agencies, educational institutions, and academic experts.
- Experience managing teams or cross-functional projects, preferably in a content or creative production environment.
- Familiarity with the video production process (pre-production, production, post-production) is a strong plus.
- Passion for education, technology, and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
