**Responsibilities**:
- Handling routine operation and management of regional ecosystem partners, including organizing regular meetings with partners, forecasting demand, PSI management, etc.
- Being responsible for the capacity building and training for partners. Coordinating the related departments to carry out training activities, and guide partner capability certification.
- Developing and managing the partner marketing activity plans, supporting partner precision marketing activities.
- Organizing the routine work of the department.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Recognize the value of cooperation with partners, and having relevant work experience in channel expansion and operation is preferred.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, etc.
- Good communication in English and Chinese.
