Continuously monitoring the overall operations performance end-to-end to achieve the most efficient processes and cost through intelligent data analysis.
Control Tower for all operations performance - control & monitoring, reporting and analysis.
Development of analysis reports & dashboards.
Analyze KPI performance of Operations against targets as well as trend analysis.
Cultivate a data-driven culture in Operations by holistically managing the data on operations performance and providing visualization to determine operational health.
Driving the Order Forecasting & Manpower Planning Framework to ensure systematic operations in response to demand.
Structure and lead Operations Performance Review meetings.
Develop framework for Operations cost mgmt.
Strategic data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with cross functional teams inside and outside of Operations to optimize end-to-end processes for both online and retail stores.
Who are we looking for?.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT.
At least 3 years of direct experience in data analysis related field (For Senior Associate Level).
Experienced in working among multi-cultural & remote team members.
Knowledge in supply chain, particularly e-commerce and retail space will be advantageous.
Number sensitive personality, extremely data driven with strong analytical skill.
Very tech-savvy & highly exposed to the online world.
Expert Level proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, energetic & adapt well in a fast-paced startup culture.
Excellent English communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to try different things and think out of the box.
