- Develop people strategies using framework, tools, and methodology for related organizational development initiatives based on company goals and ambition, including managing firmwide performance management, corporate structure design and career development initiatives
- Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and promote meaningful change for the organization through a change management process to improve business performance
- Work collaboratively with HRBP and business-related parties to develop and influence the execution of people strategies to drive growth and optimize people-related processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or related field;
- 3-6 years of experience
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Analytical with project management and execution skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Proficient in Excel and Power point
