หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Plan and execute events for shopping malls and others business unit from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence;
- Act as a key coordinator to liaise with different parties, close monitoring to ensure a smooth operation and step up to resolve any problems that might occur;
- Proactively liaise with strategic partners on tactical campaigns to drive new customers and work with counterparties on driving special offers and value-added services to customers.
- Manage all aspects of event production, including copywriting of events programs, event logistics, negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and on-site events management.

คุณสมบัติ
- 3-5 years experience in event organizer or retail marketing would be a definite advantage.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
- Problem solving skills & deliver solutions that are creative and practical
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment and prioritize work
