Manage and handle all HRM functions.
Maintain and provide hands-on support in full spectrum of Human Resources including payroll System ,benefit & welfare, manpower planning, recruitment, HR administrations, discipline, performance management and reward system
Plan and organize positive work environment and staff morale
Manage all administrative functions
Other duties as assigned
Able to work under pressure

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน:
1. Male or female 30-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields
3. Min. 3 years of working Experience supervisor level in a full range of HR functions
4. Good knowledge of both Labor protection laws and employee relations laws
5. Computer literate - Microsoft office: Excel, Word and Power point is essential.
6. Excellence in HR Payroll program
7. Enthusiastic person with proactive, strong management and analytical skills.
8. Good interpersonal skills, service minded, problem solving skill, consistency and deadline awareness
9. Fast response, well organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure

โรงงานของเราให้ความสำคัญกับทุกขั้นตอนของการผลิต ตั้งแต่การคัดเลือกวัตถุดิบ การเก็บรักษาวัตถุดิบที่ถูกสุขลักษณะจนไปถึงขั้นตอนการผสมวัตถุดิบ และการบรรจุภัณฑ์ หลังจากนั้นจะนำไปตรวจสอบคุณภาพอีกครั้ง เพื่อรอจำหน่ายให้ไปถึงมือผู้บริโภค ซึ่งผู้บริโภคสามารถใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราได้อย่างมั่นใจได้เลยว่าปลอดภัย และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ
