**Main objectives and Summary**:

- Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing guidance on technical issues, and ensuring that project goals are met.
- Providing technical direction and ensuring that project deliverables meet the quality standards.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure that they are met.
- Driving innovation and promoting best pratices in software development.
- Identifying, tracking abd mitigating project risks and issues.
- Keeping abreast of new technology developments and making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
- Ensuring that project schedules are met.
- Building strong relationships with clients and team members, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or higher’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is usually preperred.
- **10+ years of working experience as Java Developer with some hands-on experience in front-end technology such as React or Angular JS.**:

- **A deep understanding of software development and experience in Cloud AWS, Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, Microservice.**:

- **Ability to manage a team of developers and to delegate tasks effectively.**:

- **Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**:

- **Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.**:

- **Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams.**:

- Experience within a project that has developed reusable components in a service-oriented architecture
- Good understanding of Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence)
- **Good command of English**

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in corperate banking
- Previous experience working with Western company
- French language
- Banking background
