As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of talented Java & Golang Engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborating with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and create optimal software solutions.
- Ensuring the team follows best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and implement best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the team's skills are current.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java and Golang Engineer with at least eight years of experience in IT.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Expertise in Java and/or Golang development, including experience with Spring framework.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular 2+).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
