**About the Role**
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with production and manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and address concerns.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing operations.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Coordinate and motivate project teams, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
- Analyse outcomes to identify opportunities for process enhancements and system optimizations, especially in production and manufacturing.

**What You'll Do**
- Client Consultation and Requirement Analysis
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify their needs.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis to identify gaps in the current system and recommend Dynamics AX/365 solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics AX/365 modules.
- Solution Design and Configuration
- Design and configure Dynamics AX/365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to align with client requirements.
- Develop and implement customizations and configurations within Dynamics AX/365 to optimize business processes.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to best practices and meet client expectations.
- Implementation and Deployment
- Lead or support the deployment of Dynamics AX/365, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Manage the data migration process, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase to minimize disruption to business operations.
- User Training and Support
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics AX/365.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and guides to facilitate user adoption.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or enhancements needed post-implementation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Create and execute test plans to ensure Dynamics AX/365 modules function as expected.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system performance.
- Identify and resolve any defects or inconsistencies in the system.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with technical teams, including developers and system integrators, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
- Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to enhance client solutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP Project Manager.
- Proven experience in functional consulting roles, particularly in modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Able to communicate in Thai and English proficiency
