- Sales Assistant (New grad / Plastic and Chemical Dept.) (18K-25K) (SDG-93177)
- ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายขาย (นักศึกษาจบใหม่ / แผนกพลาสติกและเคมี)-
- Sales assistant of Plastic and Chemical product
- Support overseas customers by coordinate import export documentation and delivery process
- Support logistic control and import - export process- Support Sales Force and taking care of customers
- Documentation of import/export/payment
- Communicate with company group to enhance the smoothness of all procedure
- Inputting SAP and documentation
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, Female, age 21 - 28 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Welcome fresh graduated or
- At least 1 year experience as sales coordinator in trading company or in logistic field
- Experience handling import/export document- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle clients complain and service mind- If has experience in SAP and Import/Export will be plus.
- Working experience in Japanese company and international trading business

- สนับสนุนลูกค้าต่างประเทศโดยประสานงานด้านเอกสารนำเข้าส่งออกและขั้นตอนการจัดส่ง
- รองรับการควบคุมโลจิสติกส์และกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
- สนับสนุน Sales Force และดูแลลูกค้า
- เอกสารการนำเข้า / ส่งออก / การชำระเงิน
- สื่อสารกับกลุ่มบริษัทเพื่อเพิ่มความราบรื่นของขั้นตอนทั้งหมด
- ป้อนข้อมูล SAP และเอกสารประกอบ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สัญชาติไทย, หญิง, อายุ 21 - 28 ปี- ปริญญาตรี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในฐานะผู้ประสานงานการขายในบริษัทการค้าหรือด้านโลจิสติกส์
- มีประสบการณ์จัดการเอกสารนำเข้า/ส่งออก
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการพูดและเขียนอีเมล)- มีทักษะการเจรจาและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถจัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าได้ และมีใจรักงานบริการ- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน SAP และ Import/Export จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นและธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
