**As a Senior Executive, Account Management of Creator Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our creator monetization solutions at AnyMind Thailand. You will be responsible for managing key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and sales teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless coordination, execution, and optimization of sponsorship campaigns, while delivering exceptional service and achieving both commercial and brand KPIs.**:
**What You'll Do**:
**Strategic Partnership Management**:

- Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on roadmaps and objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring mutual success.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives.

**Campaign Management**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of sponsorship campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive campaign materials, including budgets, timelines, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams and creators to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive creator growth and revenue.
- Work closely with business marketing, content managers, and CG sales leadership to develop effective strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

**Performance Measurement and Optimization**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Generate insightful reports to communicate campaign results and provide recommendations.

**Brand Stewardship**:

- Ensure that all activities align with the brand guidelines and values of our sponsors.
- Protect and enhance the reputation of our sponsors through exceptional service and delivery.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in account management, preferably in the digital marketing or media industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Facebook.
- Experience working with media or advertising agencies is a plus.
- Passion for content marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
