Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Recruitment growth of the face-to-face distribution through developing and execution of the Recruitment transformation initiatives.- Develop and execute all face-to face recruitment transformation strategies with effective field execution plan whilst aligning with company directions.- Monitor bank protection recruitment, turnover and development trend as well as provide solutions to problems.- Identify manpower insufficiency and competency gap of existing subordinates. Develop and implement team development plan to ensure that team will have adequate competency to run business.- Coaching and growing a team for quality recruitment initiatives.- Manage, control and monitor team to be high discipline, high quality and align with corporate direction and regulation.- Develop strategies to develop new Sales Managers as engines for recruitment growth and promote promotion culture with the Bank partners
- Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields and Master's degree would be an advantage.-
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Life insurance company, especially agency and/or broker channel.-
- Agency recruitment would be an advantage.-
- Result driven and self-initiated with can do attitude.-
- Strong people management, training and communication skills.-
- Result-oriented and detail-oriented.-
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.-
- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
