**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and lead Overall Team performance as Team KPI
- Manage end-to-end process of the Contract Management function focusing on maximizing the financial and operational performance and minimizing business risk of bank.
- Manage and ensure all contracts comply to external regulatory policies (BOT; AMLO; PDPA)
- Identify opportunities to further strengthen internal controls & processes to support Bank-wide contract management through the centralization of all contract management functions in Procurement Scope
- Effectively manage the end-to-end processes for all contract arrangements consistent with Bank Policies in a timely and cost-efficient manner
- Analyze all problems for continued improvement and summarize/escalate issues to all involved internal and external parties for problem resolution in a timely manner.
- Centralize all bank-wide contracts (Procurement scope) to support and provide all information and document files.
- Monitor all contract arrangement processes to meet with pre-arranged SLA Performance Objectives.
- Control all important documents and securely store in custodian and/or external document storage site in partnership with the CPS Team
- Control all Deposit and Performance Guarantees in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of each contract.
- Ensure team consistently performs in a transparent manner and in compliance with Procurement Bank policies, focusing on minimizing levels of operational, financial, reputational, and compliance risk.

**Qualifications**:

- bachelor’s degree in management or related fields or higher.
- Strong interpersonal communication/ teamwork skills
- 3+ years’ work experience in a professional service organization and related experience in contract development, redlining, legal terms review, negotiations, contract management.
- 2+ years’ work experience as people manager
- Familiar with terms and conditions found in commercial contracts.
- Able to work as team player.
- Able to work as Lead the team and encourage teamwork environment.
- Well-developed relationship and project management skills
- Able to work in a stressful commercial environment to ever-changing and tight schedules.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent analyzing skills and data presenting along with creating report.
