**Head of Accounting**: SC ASSET.
Head of Accounting will lead and oversee all aspects of the operations of accounting department, including day-to-day activities, financial reporting, process improvement and enhance team efficiency.
Manage and supervise accounting team in a day-to-day accounting operation, tax compliance and tax filing.
Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial report while ensuring the quality and compliance with the accounting standard, laws and regulations including SEC and/or SET requirements.
Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal control of accounting process and lead the execution of the improvement with related teams.
Collaborate with internal/external auditors, tax authorities and other relevant authorities.
Supervise, coach and provide mentorship to accounting team and staff on learning & development to improve their accounting-related and other required skills.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s Degree of Accounting.
CPA is preference.
At least 15 years of experience in accounting role. Experience in real estate industry with SAP knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in written and verbal communication in Thai and English.
Demonstrated leadership in team setting with proven record of leading a team.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in organization.
