Area Sales Executive

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
- Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT’s product portfolio
- Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
- Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
- Manage personnel and develop distributor’s salesman field competency and skill development
- Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices, and procedures
- Accelerate growth in Top priority sales target - DT GSV, MBC GSV, HORECA GSV
- Reds Spirit execution - IQ perfect store, Idle asset, NPC
- Increase quality coverage (RTD, School, HORECA outlets)
- Create new jobs - Wall's man targets by distributor

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Sales Manager or a similar role in the FMCG or consumer goods industry. Ice cream business background is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the local general trade market and retail dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive results in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
