Argyll Scott is now working with one of the leading F&B companies in our field area. We are looking for a talented in Area Sales Management to m_anage direct account sales teams to deliver sales results_
- Day to day:_
- _ Managing direct account sales teams to achieve sales targets while adhering to established standards and the allocated budget._
- _ Collaborating closely with the sales team, providing intensive coaching to help them achieve key sales objectives such as sell-in, sell-out, and visibility targets._
- _ Demonstrating expertise in field sales cycle planning and the ability to lead others in its effective execution._
- _ Actively working with the Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Executive to optimize costs and maximize sustainable sales growth and profits from local key account customers._
- _ Ensuring the responsible sales team adheres to all Company principles and policies, including Trade Spending and compliance with local regulations._
- Qualifications:_
- _ Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Area Sales Manager role, with a strong background in a supervisory capacity._
- _ Experience in effectively managing a team is a mandatory requirement for this role._
- _ Own a car and possess a valid driving license, as the position may require travel within the assigned area._
- _ You must be able to work within the designated area as assigned by the company._
