**Job Description**:

- Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
- Ability to analyze and report result to discover best practices and shift efforts accordingly.
- Manage all promotional packages/campaigns including requesting creative, drafting the communication plan and recap analysis.
- Manage digital media presence and content for property: brand website, blogs, Franchise microsite, third party sites, OTA visuals/copy.

Work Experience
- Holds a degree in Communications or Sales/Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management or experience in the Travel and Hotel industry
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position/assistant MarCom Manager.
- Managerial and supervisory skills.
- Strong PR/Media, KOLs network
- Strong local connection within Thai cultural industries (music, art, film, fashion, etc.).
- Fluent in Thai and in English languages both orally and in writing
