**Job Description**:

- Leading the Marketing, PR, Brand & Social Media mandate
- Develop an integrated Marketing strategy to drive visibility and revenue e across Rooms, F&B,

MICE, Weddings & Spa
- Build & maintain a relationship with local media
- Plan monthly digital campaigns to achieve business goals
- Ideate and develop both written & visual content strategy for the hotel
- Plans departmental Budget & manages P&L
- Report directly to General Manager

Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Marketing, Communications and digital strategy
- Experience with handling a diverse and dynamic team as head of department
- Fluent in English & Thai
- Adapts easily to change
- Clear and open communicator and collaborates effectively with all departments
- Has handled Marketing for international hotel brands/luxury brands
- Has a digital first approach to crafting Marketing & Communications Strategies
- Experience with working at Accor hotels is a plus
