**Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Administrative Assistant & Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and sales-related activities. Your days will be filled with posting property listings on various websites, managing paid advertising, coordinating client appointments, preparing contracts, reaching out to new partners, and maintaining existing partner relationships. You will also play a key role in sales, answering customer inquiries, matching clients with relevant properties, taking clients around, finding new properties, and assisting with offsite product photography and image post-production.

**Requirements**:

- Thai Citizen, female or male, aged 22-30
- Highly organized
- Proficient in speaking and writing English, with knowledge of Chinese being a huge plus
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must have your own laptop with Windows and your own car

**Work Schedule and Location**:

- Location: Hybrid. Some days you will work from a co-working space (until we move offices), some days from home, and some days offsite
- Work week: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5pm with some flexibility required
- Holidays: 1 week off for Songkran, 1 week for Christmas/New Year, Mother & Father's Day. All other Thai holidays are work days, but with flexibility
- Additional 5 days for personal/sick time

**Compensation**:

- Monthly salary of 15,000 THB, with additional bonuses
- Social Security benefits
- Fuel/travel reimbursement for company activities
- Other benefits may be added as the company grows
