**What's your role in the team?**:
**Pomelo** is leading online fashion company in Emerging Asia. Backed by fashion and technology investors from across the world, Pomelo brings its unique fast fashion style to Emerging Asia through a technology-driven, vertically-integrated design, and production model. Our growth strategy is to merge our online focus of mobile and social with the latest trends and data.
- Ownership of Design and Product Development process. Design and develop innovative denim apparel, including jeans, jackets, skirts, and shorts.
- Have a strong denim background and good working knowledge of woven fabrics and silhouettes.
- Select appropriate fabrics, washes, and finishes for denim products.
- Create original graphic designs for Women apparel and denim products
- Design original graphics for prints, and placement graphics that align with the latest fashion trends and the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with the fashion design team to integrate graphics into new collections.
- Prepare detailed artwork files and specifications for production.
- Create tech packs for all development samples, including sketches, construction details, and layouts
- Research current fashion trends, competitor products, and market demands to inform design decisions.
- Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback to ensure design integrity and quality.
- Maintain awareness of the brand’s aesthetic and ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Partner with Production, Merchandising, Marketing, and Branding team to meet business and customers needs, while always being on trend
- Advise development of products to suit Pomelo’s customers, markets, and price points.
- Guide Production team to ensure execution of product line meets standards
- Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes;
- Be a Creative, Collaborative, and Inspiring Fashion Leader

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in denim design and graphic design.
- Experience in Fashion industry and Design background with international or Thai designer brands
- High taste level, a collection based mindset, understanding of brand aesthetic, and creative ability
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of denim construction, fabrics, washes, and treatments.
- Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a strong sense of fashion trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work in denim and graphics.
- Strong design, color, and conceptual skills, deep knowledge of women’s apparel
- Ability to create and design into concepts
- Strong management experience, organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in both written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, rigorous and excellence-oriented, get stuff done attitude
- Fluent in English
