Senior Graphic Designer

**In this position you will....**

work closely with our marketing team and marketing partnership in Thailand and SEA to create creative asset for online marketing including site assets, social media, and social commerce materials. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the bolttech brand design and digital principles and become a champion of brand governance and consistency by producing assets that comply with brand guidelines.
You will also drive creative ideation in collaboration with our partnership team and the execution of digital assets (social, web and app touchpoints), print, merchandise design and production, illustrations, photo editing and video editing and production.

**You will be responsible for**
- To guide, plan and manage graphic design task
- Development and production of materials within the set and agreed brand principles. Materials include, but are not limited to, website and app page mockups, banners, social, print, merchandise design and production, illustrations, photo, and video shooting and editing
- General Brand and Marketing support and work with cross-functional teams across bolttech business functions in Thailand & SEA
- Playing an integral part of achieving visual excellence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across bolttech business functions Thailand & SEA
- Working with other team members to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Supporting any ad-hoc projects as required
- Creatively execute and prepares and illustrates new design concept, graphics, typography and layout..Translates creative requirements.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience including prior experience working in graphics design, web design, digital media design, creative agency or startup is preferred
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Design or Communication Arts.
- Advance knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, InDesign etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or XD is advantageous
- Highly skilled in video editing / animations is advantageous
- Strong ability to interpret design briefs and co-create with business stakeholders to deliver impactful work
- Creates and adapts graphics like icon, logo, background, etc. related to digital media.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks within deadline and work under high pressure fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Internet Activities like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.
- Strong ability to create illustrations, infographics, icons, videos, and animations from scratch
- Solid understanding of creative and production process in photography and film
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt.
