- Ensure Sales and Product Visibility achievement on E-Commerce Business (Shopee, TikTok and Lazada)
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned e-commerce accounts (E-Reseller) to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at e-commerce platforms and retailers.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities with partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, E-Reseller) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce activities.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG or Pet industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
