Senior Manager/vp, Product Operations-user Product

- Department: Technology- Location: Thailand- Key responsibilities:
- Serve as product operations lead to effectively manage the product portfolio of initiatives and partner with the product manager to strategize product roadmap and deliver solutions
- Establish robust SOP and product governance structure & framework. Craft communication plan to ensure appropriate stakeholder involvement/ engagement
- Be the point of liaison with local country teams to brainstorm new ideas, filter & digest new product request and propose new product solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional product and operations stakeholders (user growth, seller product, fundamental product, LazMall product, etc.) to identify opportunities, assess potential risks and resolve product and operations issues
- Oversee and ensure all status materials are compiled and completed in a timely fashion; document and distribute project and activity status on regular basis
- Be data-driven; always use data and logic to articulate proposal and achieve cross-functional and cross-regional/venture alignment whenever applicable
**Job Requirements**
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science/ engineering/ science/ economics/ business
- Good at problem solving with decent analytical skillsets. Experience in SQL is preferred.
- Data-driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, open and supportive mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - in both written and oral communication
- Ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-paced and growth-charged environment
