We are looking for a Senior Product Designer**.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues;
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department;
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis;
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes;
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process;
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience;
- UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma;
- Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

**We expect from you**:

- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products;
- Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions;
- Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation;
- Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;
- Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;
- B2+ or higher level of English proficiency;
- C1+ level of Russian proficiency;
