Position Summary:
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive generalist HR advice and support to the Commercial Organisation in the countries specified. The person leads the HR Business partnership for Sales, Service and Marketing organization. Drives the people management related agenda supporting the business leaders as well as the Functional Leader.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Business HR Support:

- Actively drive and facilitate the people agenda for the regions specified
- Lead and implement the resourcing plans for the company and the function and facilitate development of resourcing initiatives through appropriate recruitment strategies
- Partner communications and engagement activity and actively participate in the roll of out employee

engagement and change management initiatives in the functions
- Facilitate the development of comprehensive Talent Management plan for the Sales, Service & Marketing functions by actively engaging with the line managers and functional heads
- Support the assessment and building of people capability
- Support the implementation of Corporate HR initiatives like performance management, reward and recognition, employee policies, training and development initiatives
- Advise line managers on handling employee grievances and facilitate resolution of grievances with a view to ensuring effective employee relations and positive discipline
- Benchmark with leading companies on human resources practices so as to evolve innovative and sustainable policies and practices for the sales and marketing functions
- Collaborate with the regional HR leads (Total Rewards and HR Operations teams) in delivering the people agenda within the region
- Responsible for providing Payroll & Reimbursement inputs (such as salary, leave encashment, Sales Incentive, salary advances, year-end merit increments, mid-year salary changes, promotions and other allowances)
- Exit interviews and situation analysis, create and re-deploy remedial measures
- PIP - Performance improvement plan deployment to non-performer and tracking progress
- Handling all statutory related queries and settlement formalities for resigned employees

Resourcing:

- Lead the Resourcing portfolio to meet the expectations of stakeholders through engagement with recruitment partners, meeting quality and Cycle time expectations for external & Internal hires.
- Ensure the management of the recruitment process aligned to our global guidelines, including the focus on diversity.

Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred
- Graduate in Management Studies / MBA
- 5-8 Years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner
