**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.- Coordinate and manage sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests.- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction.- Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B) for seamless service delivery.- Prepare and analyze regular sales reports to track performance against targets.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.- Manage sales documents, contracts, and records with confidentiality.- Perform routine office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.- Strong command of English (spoken and written).- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Prior experience in hospitality sales or administrative support is an advantage.
