Sensitive Portfolio Sales Support Manager

A perceptive Portfolio Sales Support specialist tasked with supervising the promotion and implementation of the Aseptic/PET Bottles machinery Products portfolio in the SEAP (South East Asia Pacific) Region. Responsibilities include conducting customer meetings, training sales teams, identifying new business prospects, gathering market requirements, and monitoring competitive activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain communication with the sales network and monitor potential business prospects.
- Attend customer meetings to offer support to frontline teams with additional expertise.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams regarding the portfolio, including existing and new product lines.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Product Managers regarding portfolio status and performance.
- Inform Product Managers when decisions are required, such as specific commitments or exceptions.
- Focus on both short-term and long-term business opportunities requiring expertise and partnerships.
- Serve as the primary contact for Key Accounts' needs and requests, including those from PTC teams and specifications.
- Assist Product Management in Product Development Processes (PDP) by providing insights on market needs, creating business cases, and conducting field test research.
- Gather competitive intelligence, including pricing strategies and technical performance, and disseminate it within the organization.
- Participate in conferences and trade shows to promote the portfolio.
- Maintain communication with pre-contracting teams to ensure the quality of quotations and offers.
- Proactively assist the sales organization in identifying new customers and business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient understanding of PET Regular and Sensitive Portfolio
- Previous experience in roles such as Business Development Manager, Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Technical Support, or similar areas.
