Consulting team to provide the technical support to Corporate, SKA, premium customers.
in CCII strategic.Meeting with related team and consult supervisor team to suggest solution and fix the problem.
Keep and maintain and improve the KPI that related company commitment.
Coordinate with other infrastructure team members to resolve customer request and problem.
Consult with supervisor and team to resolve customer request and problem.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions or fix problem - Working experience in monitoring tool/system (technic consult for backup/recovery).
Working experience with network, security,cloud, Microsoft, system include server technologies - Working experience in ICT equipment e.g. router, L2 L3 switch, firewall, IPS, proxy, wireless solution, authentication system.
Working experience in CCII support process flow(Create new one /Change /Improve ).
Qualification Thai Nationality / Age 35- 40 years - Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields.
Hand-on experience in design/implementation/manage/consult for router, L2 L3 switch, firewall, IPS, proxy, wireless solution, authentication system. Public Cloud MS Azure, VMware, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS for minimum 5-10 years.
Positive attitude, Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of production support processes - Self-motivated, fast learner, and have strong service minded.
Good personality and communication skill - Valid certificate of Cisco CCNP will be advantage - Valid certificate of Fortigate NSE4, NSE7 will be advantage.
Valid certificate of Palo Alto PCNSE or PAN-OS will be advantage.
