**Responsibilities**:

- Being responsible for all installation and modernization contracts secured by the Sales department.
- Managing and ensuring the timely submission of all documents, progress claims, etc required throughout the contract.
- Monitoring and consolidating the work in progress status.
- Managing and planing for the workforce required for projects and testing.
- Implementing the company safety measures and procedures at sites.
- Ensuring targets and objectives are met with consideration to profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the company business processes and quality management systems.
- Conducting training programs to improve technical and soft skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably elevator and escalator projects.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of installation methods and pre-start requirements.
- Able to manage and coach a large team.
