**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Assign messenger to pick up D/O from the Terminal Operator on time.
- Assign messenger to pick up D/O from other agents (CS JF) as requested from Customs clearance team.
- Contact customer and send pre-alert to customer of arrival notice.
- If any wrong document, have to provide document for amendment with TG / BFS.
- Check FHL data.
- Make set of completed documents of each import shipment to be ready for accounting to release Delivery/Order to customer.
- Create job file and invoice timely and correctly to meet with KPI.
- Update data of event in Pegasus as required from operation controller / sales correctly & timely.
- Scan e-Docs of POD
- Filling all import files at the end of each month.
- Make cash advance to accounting when having to pick Delivery/Order from other agents as request from customs clearance team.
- Make cash settlement with accounting daily.
- Cooperate with accounting for billing and checking litigation.
- Provide overseas D/N with JF no. and send to OC and accounting for matching.
- Send truck booking to Trucking planner for DAP shpt.
- Check and follow up correct, completed pre-alert.
- If any partial shipment, have to check and follow up with origin

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**

Essential:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- min. 2 year experience in Air Import Documentation
- Good command in English
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office

Desirable:

- Experience in D/O operation would be advantage
- Good communication & customer service mind
